The Administrative Services Division is responsible for the direct and continuing support of all other divisions within the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. The Division is primarily responsible for budget and finance, personnel, purchasing and facilities management. This division is divided into three bureaus.

  • Finance Bureau
    Prepares the office's budget, processes a bi-weekly payroll, oversees payment of invoices, prepares periodic grant reports, conducts internal audits and administers special funds.

  • Human Resources Bureau
    Processes new employees, administers employee transfers, terminations, promotions, evaluations, disciplinary actions and grievances.

  • General Services Bureau
    Secures goods and services for County Attorney personnel and schedules travel arrangements for victims' and witnesses' appearances in court. Administers the physical relocation of personnel, ergonomic and maintenance issues for the County Attorney's Office.
